Welcome to That Coffee Shop, a premier cafe and all day breakfast spot, located in the heart of Flatbush.
Brought to you by the same group behind That Sushi Spot and The Canteen, That Coffee Shop fuses traditional coffee classics like cappuccinos and lattes, with contemporary favorites such as blended frappes and shaken espressos.
Our all day breakfast menu features signature breakfast burritos, omelette and bagel combos, house made batter rich pancakes and waffles, and a grab and go section featuring premium salads wraps and avocado toast.
Our all day desserts include house made muffins, scones, chocolate croissants, soft serve ice cream, Froyo, and milkshakes.

Our Coffee
We source all of our coffee beans from Irving Farm, an award winning roastery located in upstate New York.
Our coffee is sourced from hand selected, freshly harvested lots. Seasonal batches are received throughout the year at the Irving Farm, roasted, and promptly delivered to That Coffee Shop. We maintain these standards to achieve the highest quality & flavor.
Our house blends are known for their balance and sweetness; resulting in approachable, delicious coffees. We’ve carefully selected the components for each blend and fine tuned their roast profiles. We also roast a curated selection of single origins to highlight our favorite small lot coffees each season.
Our coffee is always fresh and carefully brewed to bring our customers the perfect cup.
